6 months to 3 weeks before the event
  • Inscriptions of the participants:
    > Contractors / visitors specify their needs, projects or required competences.
    > Suppliers / exhibitors present their technical skills related to the railway sector.
3 weeks before the event
  • The suppliers /exhibitors carry out their request for business meetings near the contractors/visitors.
  • The contractors/visitors select the suppliers of technologies/exhibitors they would like to meet and register at the conferences of their choices.
  • The contractors/visitors validate the requests for meetings realized by the suppliers /exhibitors.
4 Days before the event
  • From all these information, the organizer First Connection sets up a personalized schedule for each participant. This planning is e-mailed at the latest 72h before the event.
8 & 9 November 2017
  • First Connection accompanies the participants during the event in order to help them to optimize their participation.
